I just wanted to say Thank You to a lady I meet today!
She had a yellow bandage on her arm like she had blood drawn.
Because I have Ulcerative Colitis, I thought she had a medical problem.
As, I talked to her I found out she had donated blood today! people with IBD sometimes require blood.
I became emotional said Thank You, People with my condition require blood. I appreciate it!

I was listening to An Oprah podcast " Soul series" today and I wanted to share with you a wonderful thought...... ART is prayer. So let your creative energy keep you in tune with your spiritual self and your prayers will be able to touch all those who experience your ART. ART is a good thing and you keep me inspired.
